We have seen a huge amount of packages & parcel's which arrive at our company & in many cases a parcel has arrived with us in a bad condition. There have been times when we have taken delivery of only half the contents of the package.

This is generally down to bad packaging, bad service and the loss is down to the sender.

Any package with a 'Fragile - handle with care' sticker on every face of the parcel does not guarantee that it will be 'Handled With Care' - More realistically these are handled without care, due to high volumes, the need for speed, etc.
